Light Search & Rescue

與後盾小組的夥伴合作評估災害現場狀況、規劃行動方向，並與夥伴安全進入建築物、尋找並協助生還者脫困。
Work with your team to size-up a scene, assess the situation, and plan your course of action. Learn when it’s safe to enter a building to locate and extricate survivors.

急難發生時需要良好的溝通，才能確保你和團隊的安全與合作順暢：使用無線電、有效率地溝通，與你的團隊保持聯繫、現場紀錄、並傳達資訊。
Emergency communication is crucial for your safety and for your team's coordination. Use a radio when networks fail and stay connected with your team. Practice effective documentation and communicating up the chain.

Advanced Bleed Control

了解人體可能的出血處，檢查危及生命的大量失血、操作各種止血方式：逼真填塞、各款止血帶操作、檢傷止血。
Identify bleeding sources, manage life-threatening bleeding, and practice tourniquet application, wound packing, and bandaging techniques.

Field Medical Care

大量傷患災難發生時，做好檢傷分類，與急救人員保持良好的溝通，為傷患爭取更多時間。包含傷患移動、止血、呼吸道處理等真實情境模擬訓練。
Triage patients and communicate effectively with emergency responders during a mass casualty incident. Simulated scenarios include patient movement, bleeding control, and airway management.

如何在沒有網路、GPS 訊號時，使用手邊工具在複雜環境中導航。練習使用地圖評估環境並規劃最有效率的行動路線。
Navigate complex environments without network connection or GPS signals. Practice map assessment and plan the most efficient route in emergencies.

練習在事故現場評估與維持安全的技巧、與受災者溝通及團隊合作，第一時間幫助傷患與專業人員，並與現場群眾溝通。
Maintain site safety, communication, teamwork, and assessment skills in case of accidents. Help injured people and professionals promptly and communicate with the public on-site.

Learn to use a systematic approach to quickly assess trauma patients: immediately address life-threatening injuries, reduce time spent at the scene, and quickly deliver to medical facilities. This course trains you in critical thinking and key principles as your guidance to all situations.

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care - Active Bystander (TECC-AB)「戰術緊急傷患照護 - 積極旁觀者」是為民眾設計的訓練課程。從一般事故到特殊暴力威脅，學習如何在危急狀況下，針對不同的環境進行必要的照護處置，在保護自己的同時，拯救生命。
Intensive and scenario-based training developed for the general public. Learn to react to emergency situations ranging from roadside accidents to violent threats – keep yourself safe while assisting others by providing life-stabilizing treatments. We recommend completing the Scene Safety and Field Medical Care training modules prior to attending this course.

You now have the same training as your teammates and more importantly – you speak the same language. Next, work together to accomplish a mission. Learn about using the Incident Command System to effectively coordinate emergency first responders. Practice measures that can help you lead crowds to safety. Rehearse managing a shelter for displaced civilians. Time to gear up!
